Chudi Nelson Ojukwu is SWIFTA’s chairman and also serves as one of the Executive Directors of the firm. With over 20 years of professional experience providing legal consulting services for both government parastatals and private sector firms, he has acquired the leadership skills to steer the company’s management team towards achieving a sustainable growth. Some of his years of service including serving as Legal Advisor/Consultant to the World Bank/DFID on Civil Service Reforms in Nigeria, Consultant/Legal Expert to UNDP/Vietnam on Legislative Assessment of Draft Investment law of Viet Nam, Economic And Financial Crimes Commission, Security and Exchange commission amongst other notable government parastatals.
In recognition of his contributions to the advancement of legal education, he was invited by the State Department of United State of America to participate in a multi-regional project on the U.S judicial system, a project that spanned eight cities in the U.S from the 26th of October to the 19th of November 1999.
Victor Asemota is the company’s CEO/ Principal Consultant. He has over 20 years of industry experience in enterprise applications consulting and implementation, information security and transaction systems, He is one of the founding board members of SWIFTA and coordinates all group activities and new initiatives.
He was educated in Nigeria and the United Kingdom and has been involved in a lot of pioneering efforts in business process outsourcing, information security consulting, enterprise applications and transactions systems in Nigeria and West Africa. He has worked on many start-up projects with African venture capital companies and believes in the vision of harnessing the knowledge and experience of African professionals globally to make Africa the greatest force to contend with in the world. He has brought in his International experience to harness great resources that bring effective change solutions to businesses in Africa.
Henry David (Jnr) is the company’s Chief Technology officer. He has over 12 years of experience in data analysis, system monitoring, deployment, implementation, integration and support as he has previously worked with key players in the industry in Africa. A management and technical operations guru, He has worked hard to align different teams and departments with Swifta goals and vision.
